Answer:
Yes, God does plan everything. Ephesians 1:11 says that He “worketh all things after the counsel of His own will.” And we are told that: “All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose…to be conformed to the image of His Son” (Romans 8:28, 29). All things do not work together for “good” for those who do not love God. And all things are not good, but all things work together for good for those who love God. The main “good” is that we become more and more like Jesus!
