Question:
What does Zechariah 14:21 mean when it says, “All they that sacrifice…”?

Answer:
This verse is speaking of the millennial reign of Christ. Ezekiel chapters 40-48 tell us that God’s people on this earth at that time will make animal sacrifices, as they did in the Old Testament, as a way of worshipping God and giving thanks to Him.

However, we are not to offer animal sacrifices in the church age we live in. The Spirit of God urges His people today, “By Him [Christ] therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name” (Hebrews 13:15).
