What have we learned is the answer to the question: “When we become saved, are we always saved?”

Answer:
If truly saved we are saved forever, because Jesus finished the work on the cross that was needed to save us. And when we repent of our sins and trust Him, He gives us “everlasting” life.

God also gives a saved person many things that show he is saved forever. The moment we believe on Christ:We have the “SEAL” of the Holy Spirit (so Satan cannot harm us); the “EARNEST” or guarantee of our “INHERITANCE” (Ephesians 1:13, 14). We are “ADOPTED” as sons of God (Ephesians 1:5), “ACCEPTED” in the Beloved (Ephesians 1:6), “REDEEMED” through His blood (Ephesians 1:7), “FORGIVEN” of all our sins (Ephesians 1:7), and many many more blessings, each of which are forever.
